Retreats have been a big part of the community-building in Rört in the early days and you could really feel the afterglow in the people after a retreat. We wish to bring that vibe back and have tailored a more affordable and more community-focused retreat on Möllan
ABOUT THE RETREAT
The Rört Sangha retreat will be an immersion into yoga, sauna, dancing, sharing, singing and living together on the mill.
It will offer opportunities to explore yourself in community as well as quiet mornings with time to be silent and to contemplate.
It will also be mushroom picking, long walks, cold dips and deep listening to nature.

DATES & TIME
Thursday 15.10.26 (arrive from 16.00 and be here latest 18:30) - Sunday 18.10.26 (Depart around 13.00)
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT:
The retreat takes place on the old watermill and retreat place Möllan set deep in the Småland forest, around 4 hours drive from CPH at: Höghultström 2, 360 70 Åseda, Sweden
You need to cover transport back and forth on your own. Usually people pool together in cars. A few weeks before the retreat, those who signed up will be invited to join a facebook group where you can coordinate car-pooling.
It is also possible to take the train to (download the app "Länstrafiken Kronoberg" to find the cheapest train tickets) + bus to the town nearby called Åseda, from where you can organize to be picked up
Pick up from Åseda is 200 DKK per person, organized through hello@mollan.dk and needs to be booked two days in advance before the retreat starts.
FOOD
The food on the retreat will be vegetarian, healthy and organic and cooked from the ground with awareness and care. Write the chef directly with dietary needs/questions at hello@mollan.dk
