To eat on Möllan is a community experience where we gather around a long oak table in the old Mill. Our food is cooked with organic ingredients, and seasonal vegetables from our own garden. We cook with the ambition to support your practice and to enhance your overall experience.
Möllans chef
Lis is our wonderful main retreat chef living on Möllan. Her passion for cooking healthy and beautiful has brought her to living and cooking on different retreat centers. Today she is working with the food in our garden and it's journey to the plates and she truly has the culinary skills.

Möllans biodynamic gardener
We take pride in the fresh vegetables grown by our skilled biodynamic gardener, Johan. His expertise in nurturing the land and understanding the rhythms of nature ensures that every ingredient is not only organic but also bursting with flavor. Johan has over 20 years of experience with working as a gardener and we're so happy he now lives on Möllan with his family.
