Stilla Meditation Retreat with Åsa Kalyani

During the retreat, you will learn the simple and powerful tools called Ascension attitudes, an ancient meditation technique, that very effectively reconnects you with the present moment and the peace that lies within us. Ascension meditation is an easy and down to earth form of meditation, suitable for all. The practice itself does not rely on any belief system or demands for specific clothes or sitting positions, so simply bring an open mind and prepare to relax. The practice has the potential to positively impact our life in many ways including:

- reducing stress and tension

- increasing focus and energy

- improving sleep

- accessing more easily creativity and inspiration

- improving relationships with ourselves and others

- reconnecting us with the fulfilment of life.
