The LYTT is for those looking to boost their personal movement practice, commit to their personal spiritual journey, learn more about their bodies, and for those who believe in the power of holistic living, ready for a life transformation!
You are given the option to complete the Teacher Exam to become a certified Living Yolates teacher, though not required to join the training, you can join as a forever gift to yourself.
*NOTE: This course is taught in Danish. If you are looking for an international, English education, the Online Teacher Training is for you!
LY consists of nine modules: seven of which are in-person taught over two days each, one module is a 5-day in-person teachers retreat, and our last module is made up of online self-study, exam and celebration!
